Math is Magic<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our week-long workshop for students in Grades 1-3<\/strong> focuses on building excitement toward mathematics through hands-on manipulative activities, interactive math games, and exploration of math in daily life.\u00a0 Developing an early interest in math and motivating students to advance their math skills are critical at this stage.<\/p>\n

$250 for 10 hours of instruction<\/p>\n

Deadline for registration is Friday, July 31, 2015<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Workshop will be held each day the week of<\/p>\n

August 10-14,\u00a0 2015\u00a0 from\u00a0 10:00 a.m.-12:00\u00a0 p.m.<\/p>\n

Math Exploration<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our week-long workshop for students in Grades 4-6<\/strong> focuses on exploring\u00a0problem- solving strategies, along with mental math training and logical reasoning. The concepts involve critical thinking and help students to get excited about math in the future grades.\u00a0 How math is used in our everyday lives will be explored using real-life examples. This is primarily an enrichment workshop.<\/p>\n

$250 for 10 hours of instruction<\/p>\n

Workshop will be held each day the week of<\/p>\n

July 20-24, 2015 from 5:30 \u2013 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Step up your Math<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our week-long workshop for students in Grades 7-8<\/strong> focuses on expanding mathematical skills through subject-based material for\u00a0 pre-algebra, algebra, and geometry, enhanced with problem-solving topics in number theory, counting and probability.\u00a0Through the exploration of these math skills, interest in science, technology, research, and community services will be peaked.<\/p>\n

$250 for 10 hours of instruction<\/p>\n
