This is a one-time award and is not renewable. The winning video entry will become the property of the Flag Manufacturers Association of America and will be made available on YouTube and the FMAA web site.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entries should be videos explaining what the United States flag means to the applicant; videos should be no longer than three minutes<\/li>\n<li>Videos will be judged on content, original thought, visual imagery, and patriotic expression<\/li>\n<li>Five copies of the videos should be submitted on CD-ROM (not DVD) to FMAA headquarters at 994 Old Eagle School Road, Suite 1019, Wayne, PA 19087-1866<\/li>\n<li>Entries must be accompanied by applicant\u2019s name, address, phone, email, current high school, and a brief statement of future plans; applicant should also include where they found out about this scholarship program, as well as a signed Video Release Form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Entries due by June 1st.<\/strong> The winner will be initially notified by email.
