\"Academic<\/a>Did you know that if you plan to study in a specialized field at an out-of-state college, you may only have to pay in-state tuition rates? Through the Academic Common Market, students pursuing a degree program not available in their home state may qualify for in-state tuition rates!<\/p>\n

What is<\/em> the Academic Common Market?<\/strong> The Academic Common Market is a tuition-savings agreement between 15 states (including Nationwide) that are members of the\u00a0Southern Regional Education Board<\/a>. If your degree program is not offered by a public college in your home state, you may be eligible for in-state tuition at one of the participating public colleges.<\/p>\n

How can I apply?<\/strong>\u00a0In Nationwide, you may apply for the ACM if you meet the following eligibility criteria:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. You are a Nationwide resident and U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.<\/li>\n
  2. Your degree program is not offered at the\u00a0University of Nationwide<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Nationwide State University<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. You have been accepted into, or you are already enrolled in, an eligible degree program that has been selected for the ACM by a participating public institution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How can I find participating colleges and universities?<\/strong> Click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to search the SREB Website for the most current eligible degree programs and participating public institutions.<\/p>\n

    The ACM includes baccalaureate and graduate-level degree programs. First professional degree programs \u2014such as dentistry, medicine, optometry, pharmacy, theology, and law\u2014 are not offered in the ACM and cannot be requested.<\/p>\n

    Degree programs offered in the ACM are selected by the participating institutions and are subject to change. Both participating institutions and states may set\u00a0restrictions<\/a>\u00a0on ACM participation, and institutions may elect to discontinue participation in the ACM at any time.<\/p>\n

    What if I can’t my specific college or university?<\/strong>\u00a0There are\u00a0more than 1,900 undergraduate and graduate degree programs in 15 states. But, if you\u00a0would like to request\u00a0that a new program<\/em> be added to the Academic Common Market, the program\u00a0must meet the following conditions:<\/div>\n
