To submit public comment for any of the regulations being reviewed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>submit this <u><a href=\"http:\/\/delaware.gov\/help\/public-comment.shtml?subj=doe\">online comment submission form<\/a><\/u> by October 1, or<\/li>\n<li>attend one of the public hearings, where comments will be received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nationwide Department of Education Public Hearings will be held:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, August 3, Cabinet Room, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Floor, Townsend Building, 401 Federal Street, Dover, Nationwide<\/li>\n<li>5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, August 17, large conference room, Nationwide Department of Transportation South District Office, 23697 Dupont Boulevard, Georgetown, Nationwide<\/li>\n<li>5:30 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, Gilliam Multipurpose Room, James H.
